By creating an account or using ReviewFlow ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ReviewFlow provides tools to collect and manage customer reviews, including sending review requests via email or SMS, routing feedback, analytics, and integrations with third-party platforms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including those governing marketing communications (e.g., consent for SMS/email), privacy, and consumer protection. You must not use the Service to send spam, harass others, or collect data in a misleading or illegal manner.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your plan. Fees are charged in advance (e.g., monthly or annually) and are generally non-refundable unless required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with Stripe or our billing interface; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of the data you provide. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the license necessary to operate the Service (e.g., to send messages on your behalf, store and display analytics). You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights and consents for any customer or business data you submit.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewFlow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason with notice where required. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ReviewFlow regarding the Service. We may modify these Terms; we will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
